Integrity Wound Healing Solutions, LLC is an Arizona-based mobile wound practice bringing advanced practice wound medicine directly to patients in their homes, assisted living communities, group homes, and skilled nursing facilities. Our model expands access to wound expertise while supporting continuity, comfort, and collaboration across the care team.
When a wound is not progressing as expected, we start by asking why. Healing can be delayed by problems with circulation, pressure, edema, nutrition, blood sugar, infection, moisture, microclimate (temperature), or an underlying diagnosis that needs another look. We evaluate the whole clinical picture, then partner with the patient, caregiver, and care team to build an individualized plan that addresses the barriers standing in the way of healing.

A complete wound program delivered at the bedside — assessment, debridement, dressing management, compression, offloading, infection care, and the education that keeps it all working between visits.
Mobile Wound Management
Full-service wound healing delivered at the bedside — private homes, assisted living, group homes, skilled nursing, and long-term care. No transportation, no waiting rooms, no missed appointments.

Advanced Wound Medicine
Wound medicine looks past the wound bed to the reason the wound exists. Perfusion, pressure, nutrition, glycemic control, infection, and medication effects are all part of the diagnosis.
- Comprehensive wound and lower-extremity assessment
- Coordination with mobile diagnostic companies for bedside vascular screening when perfusion is the suspected barrier
- Biopsy and workup for wounds that are not as they appear to be
Debridement & Dressing Selection
Healthy tissue cannot grow across non-living cells. We perform debridement as clinically indicated and match the dressing to the wound appearance, then update the plan as the wound changes.

Compression & Offloading
Venous leg ulcers and diabetes-related foot wounds often persist when the underlying mechanical forces are not adequately addressed. We use compression when vascular status supports it and individualized offloading strategies to reduce pressure, shear, and repetitive tissue stress.
- Multi-layer compression wraps based on vascular assessment and clinical findings
- Individualized offloading plans using removable devices and pressure-relieving strategies when appropriate
- Pressure redistribution, positioning, and seating recommendations based on wound location and patient needs
Infection & Antimicrobial Stewardship
Wound infection is identified through clinical assessment, not culture results alone. We evaluate the patient and wound for signs of local, spreading, or systemic infection, obtain cultures when clinically indicated, and use targeted antimicrobial therapy when treatment is warranted.
- Assessment for local, spreading, and systemic signs of infection
- Culture when clinically indicated using an appropriate specimen and collection technique
- Evaluation for deeper infection or osteomyelitis, with timely escalation when needed
Facility & Home Health Partnership
We partner with facility and home health teams to strengthen prevention, for early identification, and consistent wound management between provider visits through practical education, communication, and clinical support.
- On-site education for nursing and care staff based on identified needs
- Support for skin and pressure injury prevention, wound observation, documentation, and escalation
- Case-based education and routine communication to support continuity between nursing staff and provider visits
